We prefer shovel ready projects from established corporate with a good track record and financials with increasing profits. Our specialization is project funding/loan. We are not keen for partnership venture, shareholding or to partake in managerial position of the borrowing company. We are ready to fund projects globally in the form of Soft Loan funding.
